Safety and Trusted Technicians
Roof Management achieves safety in and around the work site through extensive and on-going training of our technicians. In fact, the company’s insurance claim history is virtually non-existent and among the lowest in the industry. Additionally, the material manufacturers inspect and grade each project upon completion; assuring warranty certification avoids future liability.
All Roof Management technicians and working personnel are pre-screened with criminal background checks, and we participate in random drug abuse screening. Roof Management workers are always insured and supervised, and we will provide you with a certificate of insurance for your specific project site.
We Give Back!

Roof Management Gives Back To The Community
We believe in giving back to the communities we have served for so long, and Roof Management is dedicated to ongoing charitable programs, which we call the Community Service Roundtable. Our employees are encouraged to submit project suggestions, time, labor and materials for consideration in our industry related charitable efforts. Past recipients have included the Farmington Area Goodfellows, the Farmington Public Schools Turnaround Awards, Bowl-A-Thon for Harmony Youth Ranch, the Xemplar Club of Farmington & Farmington Hills, Fun Walk for the Matthew Kerry Trust, the Jon Grant Signature Classic and many others. If you are familiar with a community service project you would like us to consider we encourage you to contact us.
Insist on a Roofing Professional
A Permanent Place of Business – Confirm that your contractor is well-established with a permanent address, telephone number, tax identification number and appropriate business license. A professional roofing contractor has these readily available.
Knowledge of roof systems - The introduction of new roof systems, techniques, and materials has sparked a tremendous change in the roofing industry during the past 10 years. A professional roofing contractor should be familiar with the different types of roof systems to help you make the best decision for your building and budget.
Affiliated with Industry Organizations – Ask your contractor if he is a member of local, state, regional or national associations. Involvement in a professional organization tends to keep a contractor better informed about the latest developments and issues related to the industry.
